Our Custom Manufacturing Process
The process begins with a detailed study of the customer’s drawings, dimensions, material requirements, component list, quantity and intended application. Our team reviews the fabrication feasibility and identifies the required cutting, punching, bending, welding and finishing operations.
After approval, the components are produced using our in-house manufacturing facilities. Fabricated items are inspected for dimensions and alignment before they move to surface preparation, powder coating and final assembly.
